All our staff are familiar with and have experience of the requirements needed for Railway Safety Critical supply chain management. We can provide you with support in the identification of Safety Critical products and services and their associated suppliers, the management of these processes and the auditing of suppliers of these products and services for compliance as part of your approved supplier management regime. We also have the capability to produce Safety Critical Supply Chain Management systems and procedures on your behalf and have experience of running approved supplier databases and of identifying and prioritising surveillance systems, all of which can be tailored to your companys specific business requirements.
